First gym day yesterday - Day 3 of no alcohol. Feeling a bit less anxious and able to have a more optimistic outlook on life. Starting to get focussed on a longer journey rather than a quick fix. Consistency is something I have never committed to and starting to learn that its not all or nothing. Its the occasional failure or a bunch of failures in a row but to get back on the plan right away. Healthier outlook coming in hot... Day 3 and 4 are my hardest for quitting drinking so I'll hit the gym hard and focus on my water intake today.
