went all the way back up to 200. Started this week at 197.4. 4 pounds down in. 1 week is a good start. Starting a 6 week workout program on Monday to keep up my momentum. Doing Trent Shelton's Rare Breed Academy so I will have trainers and accountability. It's a no quitting program so I will have to finish. Here's to getting back to where I left off at!
