Proud of myself for thinking about what I'm going to pick up to eat before I leave work for lunch. Problem is, I don't want salad and our food court has few other healthy options. I'd get tacos but have no clue how to account for them because they are from a local food vendor. *sigh* This is the problem with food diaries, I guess.

Most tacos are on corn tortillas which is pretty standard with calories. Can you tell them what you want on them? You can ask for a small amount of meat and cheese and plenty of lettuce, tomato and salsa. It would be a pretty healthy choice.

Thanks. It's frustrating that there is so much variability in foods, though. It's tough to be a locavore! I ended up having a burger instead because I figured I could account for it better.
