The weekend was a complete write off. I haven't been to the gym (ostensibly a bad foot which degenerated into laziness). I ate whatever I wanted and drank too much (it was a long weekend). I have no idea what I ate yesterday, or how much I drank over the weekend. So start again today for four days and then I go to UK to see the family. Really looking forward to that. See if I can get back to 168lbs which is undoubtedly been a blip, but lets see.
