My Beginning?

Today I begin Fat Smash with Dr. Ian Smith. I have been working out on a regular basis for the last couple of months without a diet plan. I chose fat smash over other diets because it promotes healthy eating even after you reach your goal weight. In the past I have tried the Atkins diet and was mildly successful. BUT when it came time to start incorporating regular foods my weight gain was unavoidable.

I hope this diet is life changing for me.

I hope so too. And I agree, this diet incorporates a life style change. And it can be very flexible. Its not a temporary fix. Hope it works for you. I think it is great.
