woo-hoo! stuck to my diet almost perfectly. Last night was tough for me because I get that binge eating at night thing. I am bored or my brain screams at me to eat even when I am not hungry. I actually drank a can of soda (not diet)to pass the craving. I am not proud of that (we usually don't have soda in the house) but I actually thought it would help me more to drink some fizz as opposed to eating a snack that wouldn't satisfy me, then eating more, etc. I know my patterns. so I lost some weight and worked out this morning. feeling good and motivated. I have a cake decorating class tonight so I am determined to not eat any frosting. I had to make homemade last night from crisco and sugar... wow that is seriously bad for you.
