Trying to get back into tracking calories and exercise since that is the best way for me to stay honest about how much food I am eating. Just doing OK with it, still not getting everything written down but I will get better.
Exercising more but I don't know what to list what I do in the exercise diary. Enjoying TRX and even though I am just beginning I can already feel the difference in strength and balance. Never was able to get to the yoga class oh well maybe in the summer.
