減肥2 個月之感受:
2 個月減左2.5Kg, 話多唔多 ,話少唔少啦 ~
個模式都係週日食得清淡 ,週末放鬆下 ,間中食下甜點🍦
試過168 但不太適合 ,唔喜歡太餓既感覺。
運動1星期2 次跳繩 ,每次20~30 分鐘🙈

近日開始有點停滯不前既感覺 ....
相信好多戰友都經歷呢個Hard feeling 🙉

但係!!我地唔可以前功盡廢 ,要keep going!!💪🏼

大家一齊打打氣吧😌
By the way 減得開心都係好重要㗎🥰

我都係受唔住肚餓,改為大量食魚和青菜,加少量碳水脂肪,完美解決
