Bandrai Carb balance wraps (2) these wraps cut down several hundred calories. Fat free refried beans, enchilada sauce (I make my own, but was lazy lol) , extra lean ground beef, several seasonings, pico de Gallo, green onions, fat free cheddar cheese I know I'm missing some, 🤔🤔 but it was very simple. And so versatile if you want green sauce, no beans, lettuce and tomatoes etc.

@melaniechandler6 No problem. I still trying to figure out this app as well. I have to switch from app to desktop version to upload pictures and what not. I'm trying out the premium feature, but still don't see much of an advantage to having premium vs free 🤷‍♂️🤔. Have a blessed day 🙂

melaniechandler6 Ingredients : 2 burrito size tortillas (the lower in calories the better. Tip: weigh your wraps for accuracy in calories) 260g fat free refried beans 448g 96% lean ground beef 168g Fat Free cheddar cheese 60g enchilada sauce 40g taco seasoning (I make my own sauce and use my own seasonings to my liking, but store bought works as well. ) 160g water 1 12g pico de gallo (I make my own as well) 10g green onion N Preheat skillet over medium heat, spray w/ non-stick cooking spray and cook each tortilla 2-3 mins per side. Until crispy like a pizza crust. Careful they will brown quickly. Set aside. spray skillet and brown beef, add seasonings and water. Cook until thickened. Place one tortilla on a plate add refried beans (microwave for 60 seconds to help spread) then add taco meat, Add second tortilla on top and cover with enchilada sauce. Add cheese, green onion and pico de gallo. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes depending on your preference. Make it your own 😁💪 Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc. There are no rules in your kitchen lol.
