Went off track the whole weekend and ate all the wrong things, so no weighing in this morning. Still I don't think I gained back all 20 pounds, so today getting back on track. My tummy seems to be getting used to needing less. Everything heavy I ate this weekend made feel uncomfortable or just plain sick. Lesson learned.
