Feeling good! Today it was back to work and I am proud to say I avoided the convenient school dinner (I'm a teacher) and packed a nice healthy lunch and snacks. It feels so good to be doing something good for my body. I really feel better for it. Plus, although I was exhausted, I exercised when I got home!! AMAZING. I did Pilates (sculpting circle again) and a 20 min yoga. My 10 year old even joined me doing yoga. This is great and I'd love it if he can pick up some healthy habits! Hope everyone has a great week!
