Well, I'm back home from my weekend at the parents' and I'm happy to report I didn't do too badly. I tried to keep up with my six small daily meals but between driving and running around visiting people, that didn't quite work out. I still ate healthy foods and kept my cheating to a minimum. I didn't get a chance to do my Zumba but seeing as how I never sat down for a single minute I'm sure I burned quite a few calories. For me, that's a successful weekend! I'm ready to get back in my usual routine tomorrow. :-)
