Been going to the gym 3 days a week. I plan on doing some yard work tomorrow so I was going to skip it tonight. My son said he wanted to go, he didn't want to break his commitment. So we all went. Turned out great. Ran into an old friend I had lost touch with. Sometimes things work out for the best when you just stick with the plan.

Feeling good. The weight is pretty much the same, but I feel more energy.
