Looks like your consumption numbers are really low. If your body believes you are starving it will not shed weight but hold onto every bit of food you get in 'reserves.' You will begin to fuel yourself using muscle and bone if there is not adequate fuel coming in. Use <http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html> to get a general idea of how many nutrient-dense calories you should consume per day to burn lbs safely. There's also a height/weight calculator too! You can figure out from your build whether you should be on the heavier or lighter end of the scale. Good luck!

I don't know if you already have your ideal weight. If that is the case, then it will be harder to lose more weight. If, on the other hand, you have an unaesthetic belly that you wish to get rid of, you can 100% definitely reduce it. It will take time and some effort but you can make it. It just won't happen fast. As long as you don't give up and make little adjustments to your diet and physical activity, here and there, you will find yourself closer and closer until you will have reached your goal. Just don't try anything drastic because drastic measures can't be maintained in the long term!

Did you eat only 562 calories in one day? That is extreme! :) If you keep doing that, you will definitely start losing weight but I would recommend more calories because 562 calories only might mean you're not getting enough vitamins, proteins, fibers or minerals :P

Oh, in that case never mind what I said heheh. In reality, Science is a little divided on this subject, but I always choose to be on the alarming side as a precaution. It is also said that it is beneficial for our health to eat less than we feel like. It is said that it prolongs our life. I guess the ideal is somewhere in-between. Not too less to the point where we become malnourished, but also not the typical carefree diet :) When we're doing severe calorie deprivation, too frequently, a lack of proteins, for example can cause loss of muscle tissue, both in your muscles, causing a decrease metabolism, and in your organs, such as your heart, causing serious health issues; a severe lack of fibers and other nutrients have equally dangerous effects. Of course this is not your case. It's just the reason why I commented heheh
