Started out with 1500 kcal a day, but I’ve gradually managed to get to my goal of 1200 kcal a day. Super proud of myself, little milestones count!

After I felt comfortable at 1500, I then tried 1400 and so on. I tried eating low calorie foods, but more of them. That way I was still full but staying in a low kcal number. Vegetables and fruits are pretty low calorie, and I used websites to find more. And honestly just go slow, that way you won’t fail or binge.
