i weigh myself 3-4 times per week usually every other day, so i can see if the weight goes down in the long run because weight goes down and up how depending about workouts, eating etc 😌

I recorded my weight from my Dr scale from an appointment earlier this week instead of my at home scale....I figure theirs is more accurate than mine....plus, I liked the number better...lol
