This is going good. Today will be sort of my cheat day but I am still going to be careful as I know the weight goes on much faster than it comes off. If I gain 2 pounds over night from one cheat day; it takes me 3 to 4 days to get it off.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
