Hello!
I have gone up and down with my weight in the past few years. Most of my life I maintained a weight in the 120s. In 2011 I gained a lot of weight (was 178 pounds) and have lost about 33 of those pounds. I have a difficult time however getting under 135. The weight always creeps backs up to 140-145.
I eat very healthy for regular meals and snack and have been exercising a few days a week, however my issue is unplanned snacking. I am an emotional and stress eater and would like to get that under control. I also want to reach my goal weight of 110 pounds and continue to eat healthy foods and exercise more.
