So I've gotten really used to drinking water non-stop as to get in my 100oz by the end of the day. I'm heading out on a 3-hour trip in a few so I haven't been drinking much this morning. Don't want to stop on the way. I keep reaching for my drink...that's not there. Haha! Weird... :-)

I'm going to spend some time with my family and friends back home this weekend and I have to admit, I'm a little worried that I won't be able to stick to my routine. I'm hopeful that I'll still get my workouts in and I'm going to do my best to eat the best I can, even though I won't be able to eat my 6 small perfectly balanced meals. Fingers crossed... ;-)
