Keto every day. Sunday dinner was two chicken thighs, baked in a pan. With buttered, salted frozen cauliflower. In the afternoon, I snacked on cheese, almonds, and peanuts. And a half pound of Brussels sprouts, pan fried in beef drippings. Today, I’ll hopefully do OMAD till at least early afternoon. Bulletproof coffee only, until I break the OMAD fast.
