Keto every day!
Yesterday’s dinner: 2 scoops of no-sugar-added ice cream. Followed a few hours later by a bowl of coleslaw, which I make with a zero-carbs dressing. (Green Goddess by Primal Kitchen) Lunch was four bacon-wrapped scallops and a salad.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

Did you make your own coleslaw. How was the dressing from primal kitchen?

Coleslaw - I buy the shredded cabbage + carrots in a bag at the supermarket. It's in the produce section, and depending on the store, its often not where the other bagged and boxed salad greens are. Pay attention to the dates on the bags. I'm a big fan of Primal Kitchen's G. G. dressing. Just my own taste. i use it for most salads. Health wise, all their dressings are made with only avocado oil, no other oil. And very low carb. We're eating Keto, so low carb is a must. Wife makes a more conventional coleslaw dressing with some mayo (here too, we use Primal Kitchen's avocado oil mayo), some heavy cream, plus some oil, salt, pepper, sweetener. You could look up a basic coleslaw dressing and go from that - use a healthy mayo, no sugar, no carbs, adjust to taste.
