I really can't believe it...I'm the "hit the snooze button 5 times" kind of girl in the mornings. Since I started the FFP, I've been waking up 15 minutes before the alarm is about to go off. I try to go back to sleep but I'm not tired! Its like my body is saying "Okay, let's get today started!" I'm energetic and happy- not sluggish and Eeyore-ish. I know I've only been on day 4 but I really do feel good.

Today, I'm having lunch with friends from work. We're going to one of my fave Mexican spots- Mucho Gustos. I like this place because instead of serving rice and beans smothered in cheese (not like that's a bad thing) they serve a side salad with balsamic vinegar with the entree. I'm planning on getting either the grilled chicken or steak tacos but instead of tortillas, I'll request it like a lettuce wrap. That and a side of salad will be a good lunch. Not sure how I'll be able to resist the chips and salsa...I can't ask them to not bring them to the table- my friends LOVE the chips and salsa! Maybe I'll just sit far, far away from them.
