Today's eating rundown. Did not get to do my weight lifting workout as I was busy with day job stuff (although it was Sunday). Won’t get to work out tomorrow either, but will get a bonus treadmill session in on Tuesday as I’m working from home. Will eat a very light adjustment day tomorrow.
