Yesterday was so much fun. We took our 2 year old son to the Science Center I get more excited about that place than anyone. We went and had dinner at PF Changs. I got steamed veggie dumplings and seared ahi tuna. (I only eat seafood occasionally, used to be ovo-lacto vegetarian from age 12 or 13, about 14 years total, 2 or 3 of those years I was Vegan. I always consider myself a fraudulent vegetarian now;)) I even splurged and got a 1/2 glass of wine. Dessert was some freeze dried astronaut ice cream (makes my inner chubby kid sooo happy!) that we got at the Science Center. If you've never tried it you should! Mark thought it was gross, silly husband, so I got the whole thing. All and all yesterday was great! My mood has been up and if I can keep it there and my weight down then things will be wonderful!!! Hope you are all doing great!!
