Last night didn't work out so well because of a local concert. We went to dinner before hand and had a few drinks, but at least we danced our little hearts out afterwards!

I did really well throughout the day though and made a healthy lunch to take to the university for the first time in years!

A bit worried about today. It's free lunch day at my work and unless it's Subway day, it's probably not going to be too healthy...

Overall, eating healthy has actually been easier than I thought. I'm not craving bad foods nearly as much as I had predicted. Knock wood.

When you are in a situation like free lunch day, usually the best route is to find the protein and veggies and load up on those. Even if they have sauces on them (which are killer), those items will fill you up quicker and keep you full longer, not to mention all the nutrients they have. Everything else in moderation. If you are still concerned, guzzled a large glass of water before getting your food. You won't eat as much that way.

Free lunch was pizza. Pizza and I have a love-hate relationship.

ooo...pizza is a tough one...not sure how to work that one very well other than don't eat more than two slices and go for the veggie lovers instead of meat lovers. :P
