this is my second day on this 11 day diet I like this diet only thing eating 6 times a day is a bit much although Im eating 6 times a day Im eating less calories which I should start losing weight. another thing I have to watch the foods that are high in fat they seem healthy but they are high in fat such as walnuts I need to eat less and Im kind of mad at myself I didnt even like them that much. so now Im tweeking my food intake to see how much fat and carbs certain foods have and stay away or eat less of it. this diet is great lots of healthy foods such as proteins,fruits and veggies I haven't had any sweets since sunday nor alcoholic beverages thats a milestone for me neither in two days.
