What I Eat in Ramadan(first five days)
Sehri: 1 orange 1 pizzegga( recipe written below)
Iftari: 1 date 3-5 slice of musk melon
Dinner: 1 cup oatmeal( recipe written below)
Oatmeal recipe: half cup oats half cup milk one and half cup water 2-4 cardamom 2 tsp sugar
turn on heat, mix all well, let it boil and turn of heat...this will give two cups of oatmeal...so this is for two night dinner
Pizzegga recipe: 3 eggs salt and pepper(pinch) onion tomatoes green chillies or capsicum Cheddar cheese 1slice small chicken piece fried(fry in sauce pan for few days, in this add little olive oil, small chicken pieces like in pizza, salt, pepper, corrindar powder, red chili powder and cumin powder, fry them till cooked...make portions for few days and freeze them, so you do not need to cook every day)
Direction: In a pan, add little to no oil, pour 3 eggs(add salt and pepper, mix well before adding), add onions, tomatoes, chillies, chicken, and in the end cheese by cutting into small pieces...let the one side cook first...turn the the side and let that side cook for sometime...take out with the help of plate... This recipe will cure your craving for pizza and is a delicious one...
with this diet i lost nearly 2.4kgs in 5 days(lose 0.7 kgs which i gained due to biryani...)
