Had health issues, (still am) Kids and grand kids visited for a week. Went totally off my schedule but at least I haven't gained 50 lbs. Back to it today.
130.9 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 51.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
