well I don't know what has happened but its like a switch has been flipped in my head and I can just lose weight now I have got the will power from somewhere don't know where but I'm loving it and feeling the changes in my body x

Let me guess: Its been more than 21 days since you started the diet :) You have implemented new habits, thereby suppressing the old one(s) which got you off track to begin with.
