I'm super excited. Tomorrow is the 4th day of my fat fast. Its going very well, no real hunger to complain about. I've dropped 3 lbs since I started three days ago. The real challenge is retaining the weight lost. So for one week following the fast I will slowly increase my calories 100 calories a day at a time until I'm close to my BMR.
Intermittent fasting has proved to be a dear friend, and I relish the results.
