I totally bombed this weekend. My bf made yummy pancakes, they were wheat but when adding blueberry syrup....it was so good. Then I had 3 slices of cinnamon swirl cake. I don't think my exercise will counteract any of that this week.

Better luck next weekend.

weekends are my weakest times! pancakes dont sound too terrible, and next time, maybe limit the cake to one piece? you'll do better. Keep up the good choice-makin :] have a great week!
