going to the country is certainly the best way to get my head back in order. i feel much better already. out of money but thats ok. now just to gett the diet and exercise back in order. i know exercise will make me stronger and help me have more energy and thats why i need to stick with it. that way i will have less of these spaz outs when i have heaps of work. its also good for my back so i wont get sore as much. i love exercise. exercise is my friend.... well it will be.
