yay!! so I totally crushed the egg fast!! It was supposed to be five days so my last day would have been Friday eating eggs and today I would started just eating basic keto meals but yesterday I decided instead of eating my last day of eggs I began a spiritual fast it's going good so far just water and black coffee with a little bit of creamer let's see how far I can go for Jesus!
