Better than a gain. Took a break from lifting weights this 4th week and just did cardio. Will get back to it next week. I woke up at 5 am for workouts 3 times this week, did my 4th workout in the evening last night. Ate a bit more fast food this past week, especially on Thursday when I took the day off to spend with hubby. Will focus on less grease this next week and will try to add a 5th workout. Even if it's just a walk, will focus on squeezing it in. Happy that I accomplished a month of working out 4x each week. Looking forward to month 2. 💪💪Have a great weekend!
