Back on my morning workout! 49 minutes/7:77 miles wow, it felt right! I guess I needed the rest yesterday. Felt a little "blue" yesterday, and sometimes when I cut carbs, I do feel it that way...but i decided not to have anything truly sweet or bread-type carbs and I survived. For me, I know eliminating any one food group can backfire and cause the psycho eating tendencies....I was just scaling back the refined carbs because pizza and bread and cookies were becoming too much of a mainstay...did i mention cake and fried food? I love anything fried and then dipped into a wicked sauce...All in good time...I know moderation is the key. I know i cannot go back to old eating habits and maintain the losses I have accomplished. I also know that no food should be forbidden. Have a good day everyone!
