😔 i am having one of those "i could eat everything" days! ive not ate this many calories since starting my journey with weight loss, ive almost met my calorie intake for today and yet i could easily scoff my face with chocolate and crisps! water it is for the rest of my evening.

I dont want to eat no more ive ate so much already😂😂 but i do have them ... a lot of them ha.

You need to schedule cheat meal day once a week. This will help you to control the cravings and stay on track. Not all day though, but lunch out or evening takeaway with 1 drink works perfect. This will keep you sane and sometimes something to look forward to.

Once a week you can eat anything you want, but would not recommend to go over 600cal on top of regular calorie intake.

Pcrav its wierd i havnt had one for over 3 years due to contraception but suddenly i had one like last week and again today not sure whats going on🥴 and mkulas i have a cheat day on sundays but i really wanted rubbish all day yesterday okay today though 😁

I'm having a day like this I've had omlet and grapefruit for breack and early lunch made own tortillas because lower cals then shop ones and fun to make ive still got lots of points left but dinner still to go But what u want to do is eat cake lol
