It is harder these days to record everything I eat and all the exercise I get in a day. But the exercise I have done pretty well sticking to. I had to go out and buy some cross trainer sneakers since I did not have proper shoes and the arches in my feet were starting to feel seized up. Today, I slipped on ice in the morning but kept myself from falling, at the expense of a muscle in the left lower side of my back and now I find I cannot be on the Nordic Track longer than a minute or so at a time before it spasms out all the way up into my shoulder. but I am keeping my gym clothes on as long as it takes and I just keep getting on when the spasm lessens, even if it is only a minute at a time. In between I try to stretch it out and keep the muscles warm. I cannot fall off the bandwagon. High Blood pressure in nothing to mess with. And since I am not able to get health insurance at my present weight and cannot afford out of pocket, I really need to buckle down and do the best I can to control my blood pressure on my own
