I just pulled a lot of great recipes off of www.paleogrubs.com. I ran across it while searching for pancake recipes that use almond flour, coconut flour, or both, at the same time. I like the way many of their recipes are compatible with the Atkins lifestyle; some need a bit of tweaking, but at least I'll be able to eat pancakes again without falling off the wagon. :-)
