Happy Monday home chefs! Start off the week with a healthy twist to a tuna salad! With spinach, walnuts, pea sprouts, cherry tomatoes and cucumber, mayo, balsamic glaze. I enjoy the Italian brand Rio mare! 😄🤗🥬🥗🐟

Hi!! 2 cups of baby spinach, 1 cup of baby pea shoots, one can of good tuna, about 1/4 avocado, 4-5 Cherry tomatoes, half a cup of cucumber, a hand full of walnuts, 1-2 tbs of light mayo, a bit of balsamic glaze, u can also add a bit of lime or hot sauce which are low in calories to keep low on mayo! Yay!!
