Time to tighten the reins. Easter was festive and fun, but I've GOT to stop with the sugar. Recommitting myself to eating only unrefined, whole foods for the next month to reset. It's not just about the number on the scale. It's the brain fog and inflammation (my hands feel arthritic!). I feel like hot garbage when I eat junk. Logging my food to keep myself aware and accountable.
