Fokus paha ,lengan,perut.
Sm zumba pake YouTube channel " zumba class"
Perminggu 3-4x , sekali olahraga 30menit-1jam.
Vidio mix ajh. Tergantung mood klo mau fokus otot ya eh olahraga yuk, kalo mau ngilangin lemak dan ga capek ya zumba.
