mn normally isi trha ki diet istemal krti...bs boiled eggs ni leti...so mera weight is se wapis ni aata...plus it was fat loss...calorie deficit wala koi issue ismn tha ni...bcz mn is diet se pehly is se bhi km e calories ly rhi thi...even i increased my food intake during this diet...muscle loss tu ni dikha koi bs yes i feel refreshed, light, skin tone very nice, energetic and even jahan jahan fat km km tha wahan se khatam e hogaya he...

oatmeal mn tu simply 1/2 cup milk, 1.5 cup water, 1/2 cup oats leti hon..nd additionally i add 4 choti ilachi...boil hojaye tu bs gas bnd krdaiti hn...is se mere 2 days ka ban jata, 2 piyali mtlb, bki aap kuch add krna chahain agr tu almonds, apple etc dal skte hen....mjhe ye sb ni pasnd islye ni add krti
