Started going to the gym. It's my second time this week. Just starting slow doing the circuit twice with low weight and high reps and 20 mins cardio.

I had a strange thought tonight. How many people are going to bed hungry tonight, and not by choice? So I guess I can do it and not be a wimp about it. Maybe I'm just in a weird mood thinking about this.

Keep going everyone. One day at a time.
