Weighing in the biggest I have ever been, so we are starting the journey for a better me.. I want to be healthier, as well as smaller. I will watch my calorie intake as well as get as much exercise as I can every day. I will drink more water and make better choices with foods that I put into my body. I have been told that it is hard to lose weight on the pills that I am on, and that they do increase my want for additional snacks... So that is not good to hear, but I am going to face it like a champ and see what I can get done! I do snack a lot in the evenings and I am hoping to decrease that and even stop after a certain time!!

Here I GO again!!!

Love your affirmations! Try not to let the medication and diet theory get you down but I suppose easy for me to say. Ideally for all of us our efforts and the healthy food choices are what is important. The scale is gonna do what it’s gonna do. Make good choices for a healthier you.
