Another .2 lost. I am glad the success continues but a bit disappointed since I had a major deficit yesterday and did a short but intense workout.
I was hoping to the in the 244's today. Do you think stress has something to do with not losing as much?
I have to drive into L.A. and so tempted to do something but I won't, it won't help me achieve my goals. I must be more consistent with my workouts.
One thing I am very happy about is I am looking at the little weight history chart to the right and see that line going down consistently. When I get back to at least close to my normal weight and get totally cute again, my body will not hurt as much, it will be more efficient and I will be able to workout harder and be healthier.
