W.T.F... My weight jumped up to 280 in a week.. I am so pissed!! I even went to the gym 4times last week.. I told my husband I give up on trying to lose weight I'm just going to keep going to the gym at least it's good for my heart.. So if I stay big and fat o'well! I been eating better and drinking lots of water but I still suck at this losing weight thing! I just totally don't care anymore.. I ran into a friend of my mom's and she was all like " oh your husband has lost lots of weight". I was like great lady make me feel like more of a loser! I been going to the gym more then him eating way better then him and sticking to plan and now this bullS***. Even on the days when I don't feel like going to the gym I push myself to so anyways while the husband sits at home eating junk.. He is down 30 and me gaining by the day.. My clothes feel tighter too. Maybe I need to eat junk food so i can lose too.. Maybe this healthy food stuff is making me gain.. IDK!!! I'm PMSing right now so you know I was one Pissed B... Yesterday when the scale told me 280.. Life suck right about now!!

Congrats to everyone else who is finding yourself losing and loving it!!

Sorry about your frustration ... I do hear you loud and clear and have been in those moments many times myself. I am certain you are lovely and beautiful both at 273 and 280 and every other possible weight. I hope this moment passes quickly for you. Be kind to yourself. I'm sure the PMS doesn't help ... most likely your hormones are playing tricks on you and the weight gain isn't "real". I've been plateuaing up, down, up, down, up, down lately too ... even though I've been incredibly faithful to both healthy eating and exercise. You ARE NOT ALONE!!!

I'm sorry that you feel discouraged. It does seem that men have it easier than women when it comes to losing weight. My husband drinks Pepsi all day and never exercises, but he loses weight so quickly. It's good that you are still committed to exercising and living healthy. I really hope your efforts pay off soon!

{{{{{{{{{{hugs!!!!!}}}}}}}}} Oh honey! I am so sorry you are so frustrated! I hear you! I really do! Been there so many times! I hope this does not sound awful but I found the only thing that finally worked was accepting myself the way I was here and now. I just decided the number on the scale was not what would matter any more. It was how I felt, how I moved and the fact that I was not stuffing myself any longer. I hope that helps some how! I don't know if it will but understand that comparing yourself to anyone else will lead only to frustration. Men always lose weight easier than we do any way and many people lose weight differently. I have a friend who eats 3 times what I do and weighs only 135 pounds! It made me crazy until I realized that I am just different. No better or worse, just different. {{{{{{more hugs!!}}}}}}}

I am with you on the pmsing. And maybe that is part of it? Some kind of water weight or maybe you have gained muscle from working out (which is awesome!) and once that muscle is there it will help things burn even faster! Don't give up hope! You can do it--it might not be as fast as your husband but it will be what you make it :) I am sure you will make it good! :)
