Raining today....Puttered around the house a bit then decided to catch up on some TV. Last week's episode of New Amsterdam had a glitch in the recording & wouldn't play. I was finally able to get it on my NBC app today & stream to the TV. Then I watched last night's episode & a couple of other half hour shows. Guess that's enough for today 😀
Decided to have the rest of the leftover Pork Tenderloin for dinner tonight. I found a recipe for Pork medallions with Maple Balsamic sauce to try. It looks easy but tasty 😋 I have some zucchini & asparagus that I think I'll cook with it.
