Definitely cannot hang with the big dogs when it comes to eating. Noticing that once again I seem to be trying to keep up with DH when it comes to family meals. Portion sizes HAVE to be the rule of the day. Nothing else will do!

My SO noticed me measuring my portions and asked me to go ahead and do his too. We only got halfway through our serving when we started to feel full. I told him we should stop eating if we feel like that and we did. We've both started noticing we are eating smaller portions now because we feel full faster and he is a Type 1 diabetic and has noticed better control of his sugar levels.
