Still struggling to get myself back on track. Its so easy to get out of tracking, and hard to do when its not your mindset. I dont think I did too bad yesterday but I really need to watch the sweets.
I didnt go to the gym last night because I was going to do some garden prep. So I stayed at work late but when I got home it was so windy that I didnt really get anything done. I tried out a new recipe that Ive seen floating around though. Its Ina Gardners (?) Garlic Lemon Chicken and it was pretty good considering I dont really like lemon.
Im planning on going to the gym tonight if my belly stops feeling icky. Or, maybe since it feels icky, I shouldnt go at all. I dont know. Maybe Ill do a video instead.
