Really need to get to the gym so I can work out, or maybe figure out a way to do something at home, I need to start using the fitness game for kinect but we really don't have a lot of room for it to work right, I wish there was a way to get energy but in order to do that I need to exercise so it's a bit of a conundrum, I just have to focus and make time for it no matter what, I want to see more results but until I work out, I feel I'll stay stagnant.

I know it's hard with little ones to make it to the gym, especially with no energy. I'm sure you've heard it before, but your energy WILL INCREASE once you start workingout. It is different for everyone, but for me personally, I cannot try to workout at home, because I know I will not do it. There are so many reasons I can't fit it into my schedule, not motivated, baby won't let me, etc. But I go to the gym and get some time in just for me. It took me a couple of months, but I'm finally to the point where I enjoy working out...it took me years to get to the gym and now I feel bad if I miss one of my classes. I also understand the self conciousness of working out around others. Especially those who look so good. I'm here to tell you, it's not about them, it's about you...and you're the only one that matters here. Go, you will transform your body and feel so much better about yourself for it. I hated the thought of sweating in front of people, now I know I've gotten a great workout if I'm dripping in sweat. I don't worry anymore about what others think about me beacause I know my body is changing and I like what I'm seeing. Good luck on your journey! Have a great weekend!

Try walking 3 or 4 days a week..So relaxing sometimes..have a healthy weekend
